Did you know that you can manage your City of Quincy Utility account, including paying your bill, online? Create an account with the City of Quincy Utility Billing ePay feature to receive e-notifications of new bills, to view billing history, to schedule payments using your bank or credit card account, and much more!

Setting up your online account is easy! All you need is your current utility bill showing your Account Number and Customer Name.

Please visit the City of Quincy's new InvoiceCloud payment portal at www.invoicecloud.com/cityofquincyil, or select the Account Access menu option from this page. The payment portal will open in a new window. To register your account, or make a one-time payment, select Utility Payment.

Payments will also be accepted in person at the Department of Utilities, through the drop box in the City Hall Parking Lot and via mail. Account questions may still be directed to the Department of Utilities by calling 217-228-4580. The Department of Utilities is located in Quincy City Hall, 730 Maine Street, Quincy, IL. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Customers may now also pay by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling the after hours line at 217-225-9002.

To report a leak after hours, call 217-277-9234.
