New Payment Platform Now LIVE!

The City of Quincy is excited to partner with InvoiceCloud to offer residents and customers an easy and convenient method for viewing and paying utility bills, as well as paying other City invoices, from the convenience of their home, place of business, or on-the-go with their mobile device.

Starting August 25, 2023, customers will be able to access the City of Quincy's new payment portal by visiting www.invoicecloud.com/cityofquincyil.

Payments will continue to be accepted via mail, and in person at both the Department of Utilities and the City Treasurer's Office, both located at Quincy City Hall, 730 Maine Street, Quincy, IL. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, on days that City Hall is open. Payments may also be dropped off using the drop box in the City Hall Parking Lot.

Customers may now also pay by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling the after hours line at 217-225-9002.
