Did you know that you can pay invoices received from the City Treasurer's Office online? All you need is your invoice number!

Please visit the City of Quincy's new InvoiceCloud payment portal at www.invoicecloud.com/cityofquincyil, or select the Account Access menu option from this page. The payment portal will open in a new window. To pay invoices from the City Treasurer's Office for services like airport hangar rental, parking lot rental, and more, select Non-Utility Payment.

Payments will also be accepted in person at the City Treasurer's Office, and via mail. Account questions may still be directed to the City Treasurer's Office by calling 217-228-4575. The City Treasurer's Office is located in Quincy City Hall, 730 Maine Street, Quincy, IL. Office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

Customers may now also pay by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling the after hours line at 217-225-9002.
