Assistant Chief Pioch started with the department on August 14, 1995 and has played a pivotal role in the department ever since. Below are his achievements;

- Oversees Departmental Technology to include form creation, tablets, software needs, etc...
- Attended the National Fire Academy for NFIRS Program Management
Assistant Chief Pioch is a behind the scenes leader within the department. Many of his efforts are the glue that holds the department together. His efforts allow firefighters to access technology to make their jobs both easier and safer by placing information at their fingertips. He is a valued asset to the department.
