The Home Repair and Accessibility Program (“HRAP”) will assist low-income and very low-income homeowners with health, safety, and energy efficiency repairs to their homes, as well as accessibility improvements. Through these activities, the program aims to: preserve existing affordable housing stock, provide investment in disadvantaged communities, improve the health and well-being of occupants, and help low-income and disabled or mobility impaired persons remain in their homes.

Anyone wishing to apply for this program must first submit a City of Quincy Housing Rehabilitation Pre-Application. Staff will then contact applicants to discuss available rehabilitation programs, any available programs that may work for the applicant, and the full application process for that program.
