One June 15, 2020, the Neighborhood Beautification Ad-Hoc Committee was formed to review the city of Quincy's current nuisance abatement policies and practices as well as existing staffing levels. In addition, the committee was tasked with offering suggestions on how to improve the city's efforts regarding nuisance abatements.
