Our Mission: To professionally administer and accurately report all financial transactions of the City of Quincy in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, Government Accounting and Auditing Standards, federal and state laws and regulations and City Ordinances and policies.
Office Responsibilities: The Comptroller's Office is responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, general accounting operations, accounts payable, payroll, fixed assets, and debt management.
