The Quincy Housing Authority shall have 5 commissioners appointed by the Mayor of the City of Quincy that comprise its Board of Directors. At least one of the commissioners must be a current resident of the Quincy Housing Authority. Commissioners are appointed to a five (5) year term. The board meets the fourth Tuesday of each month.
